Where We Started
Zimmer Broadcasting has been a cornerstone of American radio since 1956, founded by legendary broadcaster Jerome B. Zimmer. What began as a single 250-watt daytime AM station has grown into one of the nation’s most respected privately owned broadcasting companies.

Today, Jerome’s legacy lives on through his eldest son, Jerry Zimmer, who leads the company with a deep commitment to community, local talent, and broadcasting excellence.
